Title: Dodgy Australian Vendor

I made a purchase from an Australian Heroin Vendor. (There are only 2 and this one has the lower stats)
I purchased on Monday (Express) and now the mail has come and gone on Friday and still nothing.
Vendor states he/she will supply tracking number but won't even return a PM.
I can't open a dispute for a further 7 days so what can be done.
I just want my money so I can buy product.

You'll need to wait the usual period of time and then take it to the resolution center if/when you don't receive it.  At that point, if it still hasn't arrived, you can request a refund and the resolution center will look into the specific details and determine how to proceed.  As long as you have stayed in escrow with your payment, you should be fine.

Thanks Scout. I thought that would be the case.  I did stay in escrow. :)
Just very frustrating when you carefully read a vendors T&C's and adhere to them only to have the Vendor (not naming names) blatantly ignore messages and breach their own rules/promises which are in writing for all to see.
You would think that after messing up and having many unhappy, unsatisfied customers that you would pull your finger out and at a minimum, fulfill what you have promised to the customers.
IMO, I doubt that said vendor will be in business long.  I know that once my matter is resolved I will not use his services and post the sad facts of this failed transaction for all to see and hopefully prevent anyone else making the same mistake I did.

This vendor has two 1/5's on his current feedback page that should have been a warning sign.
