I'm under a time crunch, sure if I spent a few hrs reading up I'd not feel sick about losing my btc---
Synopsis: Bitinsant to Blockchain (wasnt sure id use SR w/ dos attacks, so wanted a neutral wallet)... found SR up and going, my favorite vendor has listings, so i send btc to my sr btc adress (quicksend, i guess)... now 36 confirmations, 5 hours later it says my funds were "SPENT" at receiving address (SR) and nothing is showing on silk road account...
Contacted Blockchain support, they bounced my ticket as "cannot be answered"

You haven't lost your btc! What you're seeing on blockchain is evidence of SR's built-in coin tumbler mixing your coins for increased anonymity. Nothing to worry about - it's exactly the same thing that happens every time anyone transfers btc to SR. :)
As for not having received them yet, there has been a delay but DPR has addressed it in this thread:

In order to fight off the recent DoS attack we had to do substantial reconfiguration to the entire Silk Road system. We are still working out the kinks, and there are a couple of isses that have to be addressed. One is deposits and withdrawals not showing up in a timely manner. We found one problem the new config was causing to this system and fixed it today, so deposits/withdrawals should be flowing now. If you still don't have yours, please message support on the main site.
The other issue is being logged out seemingly at random. We are still looking for the cause of this problem, but I assure you it is a top priority and we will get it fixed soon.
Thank you for your patience as we recover from the recent attack.
