Title: Did I change wallets at a bad time :(

I transferred some coin from blockchain to my sr wallet and before it posted to my account I accidently got a new wallet address, is that going to be a problem? (please say no)

No, it's not going to be a problem.  From my understanding, you will still receive it because the address still technically "belongs" to you / is associated with your account.  :)

Honestly, I just need to post about a vendor who screwed me over
