Title: Huge Problem with SR Accounting and Escrow
Post by: TheGreenXchange on May 06, 2013, 04:36 pm
I have had several customers finalize their orders but the funds never make to my account from escrow. Today I saw that funds had even been withdrawn from my account, despite the fact that I'm waiting on a PIN reset and that shouldn't even be possible. Not possible but it happened anyway. As of right now I'm out about $500 from money not making it to me from escrow and money be outright stolen from me. Vendor Support hasn't even opened any of my messages about this so who knows if I'll ever get my fucking money. Vendors and Buyers alike beware.

I reported this to DPR for you when you first mentioned it, but let me pass it along to him again.  Don't worry, either Vendor Support or DPR himself will get it straightened out.

I think it may have been triggered by auto -withdrawal. I checked my auto-withdrawal addresses though and only 1 of them had any deposits. Wouldn't auto-withdraw make deposits into all three accounts? I had couple orders finalize today and everything behaved normally.

To be honest, I'm not sure if it's an auto-withdraw problem or just a regular withdrawal problem, but we let DPR know about the issue several hours ago, so I'm sure he'll get it taken care of.

You're definitely not the only one experiencing this error.

The moderators and Vendor Support team are all saints. I talked with Vendor Support and it has all been handled. Thanks for everything.
