So I've been really impressed with this idea of Festivalia's and think it's great for the community. I personally haven't been jacked but I try to follow a strict set of rules and a proactive about the situation. I have FE'd but only when I have felt like it and never when I've been asked to by a vendor. So the reason for this post is that I've been reviewing a few of the vendors on Festys hit list and one in particular has really got up under my skin!
SAM GIANCANA!!! I was checking the SR front page and saw someone selling a Key for 25large. This kinda got my attention because I've always wanted one so I thought I would check it out! (in my dreams!!) Anyways I click on it and low and behold guess who it was....SAM GIANCANA! So a little back story I was on the threads a few days ago and read that someone in Norway got their door kicked in by the POPO! and the item was from SAM GIANCANA!!! Alright I'll get to it........I was checking the Keys out and decided to follow up on the scammer alert and guess what I found? If you look at this guys feedback and look closely you should be able to see a pattern, Ive never noticed this before so it kinda stood out like a sore thumb! Every other feedback post is FE, FE, FE for trusted seller, FE for 20% more, FE for 20% more, FE SG is the shit, FE, FE, FE, FE, never arrived, FE, FE, FE, never arrived, FE, FE, FE, FE, never arrived!!!
so this goes on and on for like 6 pages, every 4-5 posts is someone saying that their shit never arrived and that SG is full of shit. These repetitive posts look very SUSPECT!!
I encourage everyone to go check this guy out and get his ass BANNED ASAP!! People like this are the ones that need to be tortured!! Pussy ass HO!! This guy is probably Sammy the BULL the SNITCH!!
I wouldn't call someone out on here if it wasn't so damn suspicious and obvious that he is just here to jack people.

Vendor Support has assured me that they're keeping an eye on the SamGiancana situation. What you have to realize though is that SamGiancana was banned before but kept fighting and was able to get his account re-instated. So, if he is scamming people, Vendor Support is going to have to get a lot of actual proof just to make absolutely sure this time.

Add me to the list of people being ripped off by SamGiancana. luckily mine is just an attmept right now as I did not F/E luckily(only because I already fell for that and got ripped of twice by smooth talkers. no more) and He pulled the exact same Shtick as everyone else. first a fake usps tracking # (for a domestic order explain that one) then a message saying someone hacked his account and to resend info and he would get the real tracking # . from here he ignores every message/email and order was about to auto finalize so I put it into resoloution, just waiting on that now.
Man this guy is something else, so nice and sincere to begin with . and tons of people are F/E for his generous 20% extra from a "trusted and stand up vendor" i cant believe this
they really need to look at revising the rules for F/E, maybee abolish it for trusted buyers or something I dont know but the scams are getting bad.

I think I remember his thread in which he was essentially begging for his account.. And to think I believed him.

Well heres my samg story:
I was one of the first people to order from this guy... I sampled some of his ICE (decent quality MiMMs is far better) and some of his 'high' heat coke (it was of subpar quality but he gave me a over weighed bag, so i didnt complain much..) I never had to FE the first time and I had my order within 2 days... i was impressed...
Now comes my second order:
I msg sam arrrange an order make sure he can ship it out fast and he responds to me by the minute, im impressed with his stellar communication and well my past order with him came blazing fast... so when he offers me 20% more for FE i dont think twice... Well fuck me in the ass without lube... because I sure as fuck wish I went through the forums here first. The old gut, told me something was up, but did i listen? nope let my inner drug fiend take over... "oh hes offering 20% more for free omg order now!!, and hell buddy aint scamming he shipped your first order np...., but something didnt quiet seem right.. yet I still ordered and FE'd"
Well hes not responded to me in days (ya SR had its up n downs as of late... but its no excuse to not reply in 72hrs when hes checking in every day)
DO YOURSELF A FAVOR STEER CLEAR OF THIS SHIFTY FUCK, SAVE YOUR MONEY! NEVER EVER FE
THIS PRICK WILL GET WHATS COMING TO HIM SOONER THEN LATER!
I really hope the SR admins take this guy down before more good members get ripped!
