Sooooo. I ordered from Synaptic. Order cost about $22 USD.... then entity sends me a BOT email (Which could be professional, for some, but in this case, was just lame and impersonal :o ) saying, blah blah you have to Finalize Early because certain people with certain buyer stats have to Finalize Early. I responded by asking them to cancel my order, to which they responded by marking it, "in transit." That was about 20-30 days ago now, and this entity's profile has since dissapeared, and I have recieved neither hide nor hair of this promised shipment. There was no response to my emails, explaining that if they were happy with me finalizing The Day I receive product (as I ALWAYS do) than I would be happy to work with them. Nothing. I went to the Resolution Center... which I'll admit I'm new enough not to know what the heck I was doing on there. Typing a bunch of words into the abyss? Not sure. So I read an FAQ and decided I'd drop a line here before I go further to SR support. Can buyers see their own buyer "stats"? I've made 6+ purchases total between 350 and 550 US. Had about three, maybe four or five months on. All 5/5, often detailed reviewed, never leave things to escrow. IDK. If there is some one out there who has any ideas on how to get my money back, I'm all on it. Thanks

Well if your resolution is still open request a refund amount which would satisfy you (if the seller did not ship the product, that would be 100%)
You can see your own buyer stats by selecting 'account'.
Some vendors, like myself, do have FE policy.
For example, if you choose to ship without tracking you will have to finalize early. Why? Because if no tracking then you take the risk. That is my policy.
I do make exceptions however if you are an established buyer with me or on the road in general.
But at the same time I offer tracked options that do not require FE. Personally I PREFER this, and even ship out some of these items at a loss with regards to shipping. Why?
I can ensure I am not getting scammed and that the person got their product. It is my own way of deterring people who scam.
NOW for what you can do...best bet...resolution center will sort it out....if he did not ship it you should get 100% back.
Support is probably full trying to keep this site running so might be a while until your reply.

IF you did not finalize your order, you can get a refund because Synaptic was banned.

Hi licoriceplaid,
You were absolutely right not to FE. If the vendor profile has disappeared then their account has been suspended by Silk Road, most likely due to scamming behaviour.
Request a full refund in the resolution center and you should receive it.
Locking this thread as resolved. Thank you for your detailed response to licoriceplaid's issue, WhiteShark.
