A customer of mine just finalized early for an order. The amount that I had in escrow was decreased by the correct price of the order, however my available balance in BTC and USD only went up by maybe a tenth of what it should have. I just locked my pin so that I could reset it as was suggested to me. Could that have something to do with this issue? Sorry to be such a pain, you guys.

No need to apologize for asking questions or asking for help! My suggestion would be to get in touch with Vendor Support on SR. They can look into it for you and get it figured out. I'm not sure though what you meant about why you reset your PIN ...

You and SSBD told me to get my PIN locked so I could change it yesterday, remember? lol. Anyway, I messaged Vendor Support but they haven't gotten back to me yet. I guess I just need to be patient.

Yeah, I would think Vendor Support would be pretty busy right now catching up on everything from when the site was up and down. Since this is kind of an important issue, you could go ahead and try messaging them one more time.

Just sent them another message although my last message hasn't been read yet.
I'm more than a little concerned about this. Now that the site is back up I'm getting a pretty good amount of orders coming in but I'm not sure if I should continue to do business until this is resolved. As of right now my account is missing $340 that buyers have already finalized. Am I supposed to send them their orders? They did their part so it doesn't seem right for me not to send their gear, but technically I never got paid. I'm kind of stuck between a rock and hard place here.

Also, a separate and less important issue.
I have been waiting to be added to the vendor forum for well over a month now. I have message Inigo and SSBD has messaged him too on my behalf but I have not heard anything back from him.

He changed the wiki recently and now would like vendors to ask for vendor status on the forums by sending a message to Vendor Support here:
