Title: Forgotten Pin

I recently updated my pin but I guess I forgot it. I tried to make a withdrawal and it isn't working. How can I change my pin if I don't know the old one?

Hi TGX

I was just about to respond to your PM but will reply here instead, you will need to contact SR support on the main site and request a pin reset, they can identify you by other means, many people forget their pin.

Is that the new practice, SSBD?  The wiki says for you to input the incorrect PIN 5 times, it'll lock you out for a period of time, and then you'll be able to reset it.  Is this incorrect?

My bad, I thought you could request a reset before you were locked out, personally I have never forgotten my pin so...

TGX it seem like you will need to lock yourself out then to request the reset.

I have no clue.  The wiki doesn't really specify what to do - maybe something you could bring up with DPR and see if you/inigo/he could clarify for us and for the wiki.

72 hours if my memory serves me correctly TGX, I can't access the wiki right now to confirm that though.

I'll lock this thread now, but I'm sure as soon as the site is back up, you'll be able to reset your PIN.  :)
