Hi
I have funds in escrow for bm order that was marked as "in transit" when in fact I hadn't even sent them my address. Now I think that vendor has been I banned.
I haven't raised this issue until now because yesterday was the first day I had access to my account since Sunday night - I contacted a senior member and moderator who i have had previous dealings with and trust at my first my first opportunity (last night) but havent received a reply yet.
There is still 11 days until auto finalization. Am i able to retrieve my funds before then if the vendor has infact been banned? I can think of a number of other vendors that id like to give funds to :-D

Take it to resolution, when a vendor is banned all funds are released back to the buyers.

I was hoping to be able to access the funds sooner rather than later. Not to worry though.
I'm not actually sure if he's been banned or just disappeared. is there anyway I can check?

Do you have the vendors page on the market site bookmarked?
If you do just click on it, if it appears with no listings and only an option to PM them then they are suspended/banned. If they are in stealth mode however you will see that and they might just be taking a break for whatever reason and if their vendor page looks normal then their situation is just that.
