Well I have purchased bitcoins from bitbargain and the coins are in my wallet. I went into my account settings in silkroad.
I entered my bitcoin address, amount and pin. click withdraw and it says I have insuffcient funds.
Is this the right way to do it? I just purchased the coins an hour ago, The coins are in my purse but do I need to wait longer and if so how long?

Yes, that is the correct way to do it. Try a smaller amount - see if that works. Otherwise, you'll need to get in touch with SR Support at the bottom of this page:
