I understand that SR is having issues at the moment, but I've put in a ticket to get my account password reset and I haven't heard a word in three days. Anyway an admin here could expiate the process to SR? I sent the request from Petimus1. Thank you.

There's nothing we can do from our end here on the forums. You can try sending support another message, but be aware that flooding them with multiple messages isn't going to speed up their response.

I actually created a new accout (Petimus1) and sent Support a message with all my info so the password could be reset
