I qualified for SR Vendor status a week ago (and received my bond back) -- I sent inigo a message the same day and still have not received a response or my tag - I was told by Scout to be patient, so I guess I'm wondering how he defines patience? I define patience as a week with no response. =)
Please, inigo, all I want in the world is that little tag under my name that says SR Vendor and access to this 'vendor' thread I keep hearing about.
Any help in defining 'patience' or anyone that can help me get my SR Vendor tag - please respond!!

The only person who can do that is inigo, as I keep saying! With the recent attacks, it's pretty safe to assume that he has more pressing issues to deal with, but he will get around to adding your Vendor tag when he has time!

First of all, make sure you "qualify" - you have to have received your vendor bond back from SR.
At this point, you have to ask Inigo yourself (I asked Scout - thinking he was the person to ask and he informed me he was not)
So, PM inigo and then you "wait" - not sure how long you have to wait, I've waited a week and was told wait some more because Inigo will do it whenever he "has the time" - although, he has time to post on other threads, just not to simply mark my account as being a vendor - which provides me with the ability to go into the vendor sub-forum and the wealth of information that it contains. I'm just wondering how long I have to "wait patiently" - another week? a month? 3 months? 6 months?
All I ask is for someone to set an expectation - because "wait" to me is wait a week - which I did - and got no response. "Wait indefinitely" is an unacceptable response.

Even better - how much would it cost for me to "donate" to inigo to find some time to add the vendor tag to my account?
I'm sure if I "donated" some BTC to his moderator fund, he could find some time for me??

"Wait indefinitely" seemed to be the response these vendors got when they asked.

and damn this inigo guy seems like a real busy man. im sure he has enough problems as it is with all these attacks, you should wait till at least the site is not being attacked anymore

It won't make a difference. Some of those guys that I linked have been waiting for more than 6 months.
