SR disabled access to my account. They won't respond to any support emails, and are holding my $1300 of SENT PRODUCT hostage, this is my money I earned it. I have about $2000 in FE money that I almost sent out this morning. I won't be sending that product out. I was a good vendor who went an entire year with a 100 rating before being banned for NO REASON.

Staff looked into the claims and must have found enough reason to then decide to ban you. They can see all of the messages that have been sent, so I highly doubt that your banning is the result of a single "junkie" who tried to "blackmail" you.

What would I be hiding? That's ridiculous. No, I deleted my post because I realized that I don't have access to the information the Staff used to make their decision and therefore I shouldn't try to guess at their reasons for banning you. That said, I do still think that if your story is true, you should do something to get in touch with support to let them know your side of the story.

Because there was no risk to me, and it was 100 addys valued at about 2800. Until meth head wanted double and got me banned.

That's not actually true considering the fact that there were at least two other people yesterday complaining that you were in the midst of trying to scam them. They reported you as well, not just jpinkman. Vendor Support looks into these reports and they don't just ban people without reason or proof.

The funny thing about this prick that I really wonder about is what exactly he's trying to prove here. Like Scout said, the SR admins have access to all the PMs between us that I'm about to post here that reveal coachella to be the unmistakable liar that he is. It doesn't even matter what the Mods here think because they don't have access to all the information. Just these logs of the on site PMs alone should be enough to vindicate everything I've said so far.
So here's the first night dialog where he's stringing me along claiming he wired my nick $800, yet mysteriously I never received it on my end. Note how he's trying to get my to finalize our 3 in escrow transactions just for me asking him to post the line in his account history to prove he attempted to wire me these funds. Finally, 5 hours later after I threaten to ruin his vendor rating he relents and provides me a bogus account history line that the SR admins later point out was completely fabricated:

And just to drive the nail in the coffin if there's even anyone left that even cares, here's the screenshot of our final forum convo following my confrontation with him bullshitting that account history line and him then ridiculously claiming SR Support was "blowing smoke up my ass".
At this point I was pretty much resigned to the fact he was a scammer but note at 12:49pm I still give him the oppo to make it all right while I'm waiting for a reply from SR Support on how to proceed. Predictably, just like the night before, he plays along for as long as he can pretending he's going to wire funds until telling me in equivalent words to go fuck myself. Also note the continuity of our convo and absolutely no reference to any 'off site emails'. What a joke.

I get 80 transactions in a few days Cochella, it hardly shows that you are not a scammer. I've seen vendors and sellers on SR and other forums turn scammer with way more transactions than that.
I think SR staff made their decision on a lot more than one case. I hardly think that Jpinkman's case against Cochella is the only complaint. I'm sure it was multiple complaints. I've seen many vendors on SR and other sites build a certain trust and following and then all of a sudden decide to go scammer, basically trying to get as much money as they can before they are done. Could be because their sources dried up and they didn't have product to ship on orders they had received, or orders they had already said were in transit. Could be many reasons. But I highly doubt SR admins banned Cochella over one case, ESPECIALLY if there was reasonable doubt on who was telling the truth. According to Cochella, he had evidence that JPinkman was extorting him. If the admins had even a tiny bit of reason to suspect that was true, they would not ban Cochella. I'm sure they decided this based on facts that proved it beyond a reasonable doubt. It must have been at least a few complaints where it was obvious what happened.
Also, Cochella says he's glad he took the FE money? Those are customers that didn't do anything to him, they just FEd and now they will not receive their product. Kind of shows you something about him, does it not?
God, I read all these posts, a vendor needs to have some ounce of professionalism, this sounds more like an over-dramatic lover's quarrel with a million F$#% this and F#%# thats, than an honorable vendor defending his business in a civilized manner.

ya sorry i just read it and do agree with sr on this one as he admits to the crime which is why i deleted my post. i still think that if he did have money he actually earned from sending out product that money should still be his as long as there is enough money to refund the people he scammed. just wish we could have zero scammers on the road and everyone do the right thing. no customers trying to get free shit and no vendors trying to get free money from scamming. that will never happen tho but would be nice. sorry for not reading the whole thread before posting.

You were banned because someone reported that you scammed them ... multiple people, actually. Anyway, I believe that's why you were banned.
I don't know the details of what has happened in this instance but what right of reply is given to the vendor. Regardless of who the vendor is or what they have done they should all get a chance to defend themselves

only by SR admins. you've got the court of public opinion here who could still be swayed. If you're telling the truth then if nothing else post them so your side of the story is fully represented.
and consider honouring those FE'd orders, it really sucks that you are going to take it out on them when they've shown trust in you.

I don't know the details of what has happened in this instance but what right of reply is given to the vendor. Regardless of who the vendor is or what they have done they should all get a chance to defend themselves
They absolutely do get that opportunity. In some cases, the decision is then overturned. However, in this case, it was not a single report that caused the banning. It was several reports from different users. SR Admin always investigate and unless they have actual proof, then they aren't going to ban the vendor - they'll just keep an eye on the situation. In cases where it is obvious and blatant and proof has been provided / found, then they ban them outright. Still, he had the opportunity to plead his case and provide proof to support his claims. If he provided any proof of his own, which I don't think he has.

I don't sell crystal but it seems pretty hypocritical of you to call people meth heads for buying the product you are profiting off of. Clearly this is a site that sells drugs, why insult someone for using what you sell? You should ship out those orders for the people who FE early, they had nothing to do with SR deciding to ban you. You admitted you kept pinkmans money and also admitted you're keeping $1000's from the people who FE with you. That alone should get you banned. Bad karma is coming your way for being a thief and not honoring your transactions. Your true colors came out when shit hit the fan and that's enough proof for me. Don't let the door hit you on the way out. Now some of those buyers might need to pull a scam to recoup there losses from your bullshit...it all comes back around. Do the right thing, you'll feel better for it. Be a man and step up and prove everyone wrong.

Which is fine, and allowed, when a vendor is banned. They are free to start a new account and will be allowed to vend as long as they don't do the same shit that got them banned initially. (and, of course, as long as they don't scam people.) So, no surprise there. Might last longer this time around if you develop some professionalism.
