Title: Are FE and Finalize the same thing. What is Auto Finalize.

 Is manual finalize topay someone out of your escrow.

When a vendor demands FE and it says in transit in the status box are you supposed to hit finalize.

Because I have that situation right now but in Auto Finalize it says 14 days. So I'm unclear what I should do. The vendor was clear that on orders my size they only went out FE. But as I said it says in transit and the monies of course out of my account but I assume in escrow or what would there be for me to finalize. I placed the order four days ago but THERE'S NO MESSAGE IN MY INBOX FROM THE VENDOR saying pay me and I will ship. It just says - In Transit - Auto Finalize 14 days and then of course after that are the two manual options.

So somebody suggest what I should do PLEASE…

It explains the ordering process.

DO NOT FINALIZE until you receive the order.  If you do not receive the order, then you can go to resolution and request a refund.  FE = finalizing early, which happens when you release the money in escrow to the vendor BEFORE you have received your order.  You don't want to finalize early, because that's how people get scammed.  If you finalize early, then there is nothing that SR can do to help you get your money back if you never receive what you ordered.
