PS this guy is a newbie, profile says been a member five days, zero posts in some serious English misspellings in the email apart from the fact that it's premise doesn't make any sense

As silk road is getting more and more scammers making new pages and scamming vendors we have decided to put a new fee for buyers also.

If that were how the real SR admin wrote, I'm not sure we should be here!  :P

Anyway, obviously, that is a scam.

My cynical side tells me that somewhere, somehow, somebody did.
