Title: Help new user!?!?!

Request for advice please.

I ordered 10 pills from a vendor with top ratings but only received 2. The coins are now stuck in escrow and the vendor has disappeared from SR. What do I do to get my money back? Resolve is greyed out.....  :-\

If you are still in escrow, that's good news.  If you aren't able to use the resolve button, you should get in touch with SR Support here:

Also, if the vendor has disappeared, it is possible either that they are in stealth mode, or that they have been banned.  When you visit the vendor's profile, does it show up at all, or does it take you directly to a page for you to send the vendor a message?

Yeah when I hover over resolve it says this option is not available for 5 days. I assumed you had to wait a certain amount of time before being able to report non-delivery etc??

Stupid question but how do I search for the profile? His listing have all disappeared as far as I can see...

Yeah, you may have to wait until the resolve option is available, unless the vendor was banned, in which case you might be able to get SR Support to help you out.

You should be able to search for the vendor on SR itself.

When you hit resolve do you communicate with SR or with the vendor or both?
