Hi Support,
I placed an order with Delta11 on Tuesday afternoon after trying many times earlier to get on SR. I believe there was a brief window during this time when SR was working, but it went down again due to the DOS attacks. Anyway, this vendor is typically reliable, but my order has remained "processing" since and Delta11 has not replied to my messages.
I'm wondering if there may have been some sort of glitch given the events of this week where on my orders page I show this order processing, but the vendor never received the order.
I've asked the vendor to cancel the order, but his home page says he doesn't visit the site after Thursdays, so I want to cancel the order tomorrow when this option is available to me. Since the events of the week created an untypical situation, I was wondering if my order can be canceled by support so I can place another order with another vendor, or at the very least, when I cancel it tomorrow, the full amount will be credited instead of the order amount less commission.

I'm pretty sure that you'll just need to wait for the option to cancel it, and I'm not sure whether SR Support can help you, but you can try asking them by messaging them here:
