Hello there
Just trying to find the whereabouts of my bitcoin deposit. I deposited 0.35 bitcoins in my SR account from MTgox. In my SR account history it says it was initially deposited however 12 hrs later it says it has been withdrawn. I have not purchased anything yet. Any ideas what is going on here. Cheerz

Are you talking about looking at blockchain.info, or do you really mean that your account history on SR shows it was withdrawn?

It says the BC was withdrawn from my SR account history 12 hours after i deposited from MTgox. Both the deposit and withdrawl transactions have come up on BLOCKCHAIN. Any idea.

You will need to contact ST support and see what they have to say, if the coins were withdrawn as you say though that cannot be done without using your pin number and I know what support will say if that's the case.

The only way for someone to hack your account and steal your btc is if they have your password AND your PIN. It sounds as though you have been phished somehow. Have you ever logged into SR from a page that required your PIN?
