Title: Please Help Resolution Center!!!

Can anyone help me get to the Resolution Center page. I have a problem with a vendor, my package never arrived and it has been way over 2weeks. The vendor gave me an option to resend package or refund money, I told the vendor I wanted a refund, after that response I never heard back from vendor and he has ignored my email requests. I contacted support, they gave me a FAQ link, I followed directions. It said to go to resolution center on orders page and click resolution. There is no resolution page on orders page or anywhere on website. I can not find the resolution center. Please help me find the resolution page so I can make my claim.  I hope someone can help!!!

So have you already finalized?  Did you FE or stay in escrow?
