Title: Vendor canceled order... short ~60$ now?
Post by: nekra55 on April 24, 2013, 05:49 am
Hey question for you folks out there... I placed an order with a vendor tonight, 12 mins later he canceled it. However, I got .45 btc less from the refund than what I spent... Which comes out to a little over 60$. Is that just the SR fee that hasn't been refunded or did I just get screwed outta half a coin somehow.

You got screwed mate.  That is the hedged fee and you aren't getting it back.

It's the escrow hedging fee (4%, i believe).  There's no way to get it back, unfortunately.

Awww that's what I was kinda thinking. I think that's bullshit, this is the 2nd order to be canceled this week, the vendors should have to be stuck with the fucking fee. If you have a listing up make sure you actually have the product.
