Title: cant access account

Cant seem to access my vendor account, password is correct for sure.

Access ok on my normal buying account, last accessed last night but issues since then.

Anyone else got the same problem ?

I had a similar problem, but the mod  reset my  psw after asking me key questions, dont warry

You'll probably need to create a new account and then from that account you need to message SR Support.  Only they can reset your password - forums mods can't.

no error just wont take the password and resets, I have created a new account and asked them for a reset

bollocks, no access and 48 hr delay in ticket response.
