Ordered btc for 250€ at Wespey - Send the money per moneygram. Saw that he take my money on Saturday but he's answering none of my mails although he is online every day!
What can i do?

There's not a lot you can do other than to report the vendor using the "Report this vendor" link on their profile. Unfortunately, if they've scammed you, there's no way to get your money back because these transactions don't happen in the escrow system and therefore are not supported by SR.

Ok, but i have his full name, and he have to show his ID at the shop.
Also i report him but he is still "working"

That doesn't really matter because how are you going to file a fraud complaint or police report since you willingly gave him your MP code? Also, this is Silk Road ... I don't think you want to file a report with LE, if that's what you're suggesting.
There's really nothing more you can do, unfortunately. I'm sorry that you were scammed though.
