Title: Deposit confirmed, not credited, then disappears (nothing in account history)

Hi guys!

I sent the below to SR support, but wondering if anyone could help me out with what has occurred. I imagine SR support may be swamped today.

Hi there,

I made my first deposit tonight into an address supplied by SR. This happened to be right after your downtime (4/20), so unsure if it has anything to do with that.

The address SR provided is xx
This is the same address SR still provides when I click make a deposit.

The history on BlockChain shows my BTC arriving, but then the same amount disappearing into another address.
My account shows no financial history against it. (account history page blank).

Could you please help me resolve this? Not the best first time experience unfortunately, but I hope you can help me.

I should also say the I sent it from Gox. (not green address). Would this matter?
The address SR gave me was a brand new address untouched (since i've never used this before).

I wouldn't think this would matter.

EDIT: Right now my original deposit has 19 confirmations, the removal of deposit has 10 confirmations.

I'm in a similar situation; I sent my coins prior to the downtime (18 hours ago) and I have received some of them, however, there are some missing.

Same here. Everything confirmed at the address, but then sent to another address. I might have another problem as well. I just created a new address for my account by mistake so the address I originally sent the coins to is gone. I would very much appreciate some help.

same situation here too...i have sent the coins right before the site was shutdown and all my bitcoins are missing,

i would appreciate some help too..

same here, coins arrived successfully in the tumbler but never got credited.

Yeh exact same here. Looks like there's a few of us, I'm hoping this is a good sign...

Same same for me as well.   Coins sent right after the site came up for maintenance the first time.  Please help us SR......you're  are only hope.  :-)

I haven't contacted support yet about this as I'm following their instructions on that being a last resort.   Posted here because I know that it will be looked at first in this forum according to their own guidelines.    I'm not too worried that my coins are gone as I know DPR will make it right but it is definitely an inconvenience as 420 is a wasting and I need those coins to complete my last purchase.   It's good to know that it's happened to more than just one of us.....not really "good" but you know what I mean.   Have faith it will be resolved....just hope it's soon.  Please.

just a quick update, i have just received my coins to my SR wallet, everything seems to be ok!

hopefully everyone will get it sorted out soon.

Great news....thanks darxter for letting us know.    It was probably something to do with SR tumbling the BTC.   Still think there was some sort of bug because I don't think that is supposed to show up for us to see though.   I've never noticed it before.   My coins just got here as I write this....so YIPPEE let the 420 buying begin.   BIG THANKS to DPR and SR for fixing this....and sorry if I was an impatient asshole.  Not trying to be ....more like  an impatient buyer is all.

What you see on blockchain is the coin tumbler in action.  Also, transfers can take up to 24 hours - if you still haven't received them by then, you can send a message to SR Support over on the main site.

Because I sent a support request, should I follow it up with an 'ignore that' or is that more annoying?
