Title: Error message when trying to cancel order?

Vendor has left me hanging and I keep getting this message when trying to cancel...

"Sorry, an error was encountered.

You are not allowed to access this page at this time."

Help?

DPR is aware of that issue.  Thought he might be fixing it during maintenance.  Is it still giving the same error?
