So at this point its clear that this guy is a scammer multiple people FE on bulk with nothing delivered and absolutely no communication with the vendor who continues to read my messages and not respond. I placed an order with him for bulk mj as well but did not FE and he told me he sent it out anyway cause it was already packed up but I havent recieved anything after about a week and I chose express also. My question is will I be getting my money back from this guy at all? My money is just stuck in escrow right now with 12 days left.

If you remain in escrow, then, yes, you will receive your money back IF IT TURNS OUT HE IS A SCAMMER.

thanks for responding scout do you have any specifics about what exactly "being a scammer" entails because it seems pretty obvious from the people who FE one over a week ago and hasnt gotten anything that they have been scammed.

I just mean that sometimes you won't receive a package because of some other issue - it doesn't always mean the vendor is a scammer.

You'll likely have to take it to resolution and request a refund that way.

"SR favors the seller in disputes because they bring the money to the site. They don't check tracking numbers or anything else."
This is what he told me before my order and i hope its not true.

Is he seriously trying to say that? What a joker. If you can provide a screencap then this vendor should be immediately banned.

Assuming you are in escrow take it to resolution and clearly articulate your concerns there as factually and non emotively as possible. I do not know if SR support can verify tracking details or not, they will however be more than aware of others having similar issues so if this vendor has attempted to scam you that will help inform their decision making process.
