uUsually 18- 36 hours. But with the current issue, I'd say 3 to 4 days.

24 hours for me. I'm sure they get a shit ton of messages. Hopefully they process them in order received.

DPR posted earlier today that there is a 48 hour backlog / delay on SR Support messages.

They read a message I sent after 6 hours but no response yet.

I sent a message to Sr support about a scam attempt from a vendor I wrote
This vendor is trying to scam / rip me off
I asked specifically for tracking and he said yes ? he then said but f.e first then I,ll give you the tracking ? sure  and he sends a dodgy tracking number ..not only did he go back on his word he tried the old bully boy tactic  >:(  ass hole
sent a message to Sr support and the sent back this

 wtf   FAQ that a joke?

Is this allowed on the Silk road

 so sellers can promise tracking to get you to buy then demand f.e?  instead of telling me the faq page is allowed  hahaha funny guy
