Title: New Member Need Advise About Getting Bicoins or Money Back from Scammmer

Hi, I new to Silk Road and I placed 4 orders last week. The first one was with a user named, LEGITLEGIT. He said he Express Mailed my packaged and never did and now he is off the site? How do I get my funds back? I never released anything to him so the escrow is still there. Can someone tell me what you do to start the process to get your transaction overturned and funds back? Thank You.

There should be an option to take it to resolution where you can then request your refund.
