Title: How do I post to a Rumor Mill thread?

Will somebody let me know how to post on a thread within the Rumor Mill . When I go to this thread there are no icons for "New Topic" or "Reply" . I have been a member of SR for over a year, am I still a "Newbie". I believe I have posted before on other threads? What gives?

There is a new policy whereby you need 50 posts in this subforum before you can post elsewhere.

it wont let me either! i want to post in the "wanted items" forum. it wont even let me post in the newbie forum, but for some reason i can reply to you here.....?  :( >:(

Yep as scout said you need 50 posts now to be able to post anywhere but in this 'newbie discussion' forum. I posted a few things ages ago in the rumor mill, only to come back a few days ago and be very confused as to why I couldent reply to people. Oh well, there are a few spam threads up, or you can help out on the board by posting constructively :).
