I have a question about order cancellation.
If I place an order and it is not yet marked as shipped, I have the option to cancel which places the funds back in my account.
My question is, if I made the order at a time when bitcoins were worth less but in the meantime their value has increased, if I were to cancel my order now would I be refunded the amount of bitcoin I originally spend on the order, or would I just be refunded the dollar equivalent of the bitcoins based on current rate.
Thanks in advance for any advice and help!!

It depends on whether the vendor was using escrow hedging or not:

If the vendor hedges their orders, you will get the dollar amount back. If the order is unhedged, you will get the bitcoin back in full. Click on 'Account' and in the top middle of the screen you will see the money available to you and the funds in escrow etc.
If your money for that order is in the middle column (escrow (btc)), it means the order is unhedged and you will get the bitcoin back.
Hope this helps :)

Perfect, thanks so much to both of you for clearing this up for me :)
Cheers!
