Title: Unable to log in

After last night's maintenance I am unable to log in. I am using the correct url, I know 100% im using my correct user/password.

"Login failed, please try again" is displayed on the bottom

This is kind of urgent as I'm nearing auto finalize.

Keep trying, sometimes it takes a while.
Are you 100% sure you have always used the correct website?

I'm having the same problem.  I cant log in since the last maintenance.

I was also able to log in after a time, SR is also running MUCH faster

I certainly hope it's just a matter of time.  I still cant log in and I have yet to hear anything back from support.

I'm having the same problem. Nothing to worry about though. Patients is key.

Does anyone know if the road locks you out after attempting to login after so many times?

SR is up and down frequently, I generally take orders into resolution when they are due to finalize in two days time to avoid getting caught out, I so know that previously when SR has been down for any length of time the auto finalize clock has been stopped but I do not think that happens normally.

If you are having log in issues you will need to contact SR support, no one can assist you with this via the forums I am afraid.

I can't login either. I've messaged SR help. It doesn't make sense to me how the "maintenance" would affect the users table and not allow one of my accounts to sign in but another one to login just fine?

I don't know either, but this has happened to me TWICE after maintenance.  I could login to my prior vendor account just fine, but not my "scout" account.  They had no idea why, and no idea what happened so they just reset my password (both times).
