Hi,
before I was always able to log in to my SR account, but from yesterday on it always said "Login failed", although I'm 100% sure that the login data is correct and didn't get phished. I then created another account and logged it (that worked with no problem) in order to contact the support, but until now my message didn't get read as it says. How long does it usually take to get an answer from the support? I'm quite concerned about this issue since I have some money on my account.

This has happened to me before - twice. And, just like you, there was no way that I was phished or entering the password incorrectly .... they couldn't figure out what had happened. Anyway, the only thing you can do is wait for them to respond. It took about 24 hours before they reset my password and then it was fine.

I deposited using shared send, so the receiver's Bitcoin address doesn't show up in my wallet and I didn't save it (I didn't expect that such a situation could ever occur). What I can tell them are the hash values of each transaction, the exact values and the information about the times at which I sent the money. Will that be enough for an identification?

I have no idea if that will be enough -- you'll just need to ask them. They are the only ones who can help you with that because here on the forums, we don't have access to the same info.

Just keep trying to log in. Sometimes it takes me a few attempts to successfully log in and I am typing in the exact same info each type (other than the catchpa).
I consider this a normal thing.
