no withdraws and no notice on transaction page. Is this a loan or worse?

It's not a loan. DPR announced issues with severe withdrawal delays today.

but they happened to only put notice here and on the support page.
Nothing on the transaction page. You don't find out until its too late.
That might be intentional - all money could be gone / frozen.

No response to why Support got a notice, TX page did not. Support hasn't helped me with other problems. Scammer tag might be deserved elsewhere too, not just the seller that ripped me off....

Every time there is an SR related issue the forums come alight with all sorts of wild unsubstantiated accusations then when the issues get resolved all those who were shouting from the rooftops go quiet. Seems like we are back there again with an issue and the natives are getting restless again which is entirely understandable given we are talking about peoples money here.
My understanding is there are some issues with delayed withdrawals, I am 110% confident whatever the issues are they will be resolved in a day or two. I also predict until that happens there will be all sorts of alarmist and panicked posts here and across the forums.
Please, look at the history, whenever issues arise they get sorted eventually - take a breath and be patient.

my issue is there is a notice on the support page, but not one warning you BEFORE you send money that it will disappear for who knows how long. That is the lazy or theft part.

You have missed the point (maybe you just can't get the point - shill much for SR?) of the negative publicity / press/ law enforcement / legal problems
this level of laziness / incompetence of not warning BEFORE transactions are made (on that page.)
If I tell you on page 4 of the board that i'm going to steal your account next time you purchase an item - but you missed that message, it is then
perfectly ok for me to steal your account? That makes sense.
You sound like shills for the hedge scam that took transactions offline to me.
