Usually I get my BTC within an hour or so...
It's now been over 3 hours today... weird.
Hope they come through eventually.
What causes the delays?
-
How busy the blockchain is on any given day,Ive waited up to 4 hours...in the past.
Buying btc from vendors is alot faster. The BTCS come from the source you will be spending them.
-
Yeah I hear today was one of those "busy" days ... with the prices going absolutely wild
hope to see them in account soon - wanna place a time sensitive order!!!
-
I offer btc for cash in the post at below mt gox's weighted average. No waiting as it goes from my Silk Road Account to yours. Takes seconds!

what about in the US?
still waiting 4+ hours now... hope this doesn't have to do with the "withdraw problems" Im seeing in the other threads I can't post in yet
-
UK Only I'm Afraid.
Sorry
-
It can take up to 24 hours apparently, depends on how busy a day it is for the blockchain servers I think.

i deposited money yesterday at 5:14 pm eastern time with bitinstant at my local gas station that has money gram. i sent a cash deposit directly to zipzap and used my silk road bitcoin address and i still havent received any bit coins. it has been 24 hours. i have made cash deposits before directly into my silk road bitcoin address and havent had any problems before i would receive my bitcoins 2-3 hours after my cash deposit. i need some help please.. thank you for your time..
-
Yeah, there are some serious delays happening right now. Best thing to do is hang in there, be patient, and know that you WILL receive your coins.
-
Go to blockchain.info and type in your SR address (I'd recommend doing this in TOR.) When it gets between 6-10 confirmations, it'll be in your account.
-
over 24 hours I'd be freaking...
mines just over 7 hours now... still nothing.
I see the blockchain showing as unconfirmed...
but seemingly its in process ... when it gets picked up Im assuming
-
Lots of people are reporting unconfirmed transactions like that today, even for transactions that are not involving SR.
-
Really hope its a temp problem... haven't had this issue before.
I know I've seen people here on the forums having issues getting BTC *out* of SR.
I'm on the opposite - wanting to push BTC in...
I clearly see the transaction - just not confirming.
Weird :/
