Title: Another pin post...I fucked up...timeouts and more!

So I'm following the rules and trying to change pins before transactions...I attempt to change pin from my old one to a new one that was generated...the site timeouts during the change...no problem I refresh and it says profile successfully updated.  No big deal but the site times out again so I decide I need to change it again. 

I had been using a password manager so big deal it kept the record of the old, new and now the new new.  Site timeouts again during pin change. wtf. Anyway I refresh and this time it says unsuccessful. arg.  Now wtf?  Long story short I get locked out and it says 72 hours before reset.

My question is this - upon reset do I need the original pin, the new old pin or the new new pin?  I have all 3 but I don't want to get it locked again which in theory shouldn't happen but these fucking timeouts kill me.

I think you'll need the original PIN as well - otherwise, the PIN could be changed by anyone who had some how come across your password ... and that would suck.

Okay I have all 3 of them so I'll just play ring around the pin and get it done like that.  Is it possible to have the mods manually complete this?

I'm afraid not mate, scout and I are unable to assist with pin resets etc, SR support are the only people who can help you.
