Title: Unable to post new topics or replies in any other part of the forum...?

I'm wondering why I'm unable to post in any other section; ig: Product Requests, or Rumor Mill?

I was hoping to join a discussion and post a review of an order I made recently, however I'm only able to post in this section (customer support)

Can anyone help explain this, and let me know how to fix?

You need 50 posts in the newbie subforum before you can post in the main forums.
