Title: Anyone know of a way to get a 2 month old transaction ID#?

Trying to resolve an old order, and the vendor has asked for the transaction ID.  Under account settings, I can only go back a month.  Is the order forever lost? Or is there a way to get the transaction ID.....?

Just write to SR support. They'll give it to you.
