Hey to anyone who reads this I was ordering from la Fuente a respected vendor and as I was ordering the site went down for this was 3 days ago so the order basically didn't go through and the site stopped working sink waited for sr to go back up and logged on to order but it said that I ha already ordered it and marked it as processing so I messaged la Fuente and he said that he could not see my order and asked me to reorder which I can't because my btc are tied up in this order the cancel option is not available and as the vendor can't see my order he can't mark it as in transit which means I can't resolve it so what do I do I need this order to be cancelled so I can reorder I don't think it's a scam on the sellers part because he is a respected seller please help and thanks in advance
