Was very curious as I do most of my purchasing on the weekends. Thank you.

Ha, good question. I don't think DPR (the guy who runs SR) and moderators exactly have a 9 to 5 schedule.... I would be surprised if they have any schedule at all. Nonetheless, you have to wait a while before you can go to resolution, so feel free to order away on weekends. ;)

That doesn't help me at all. I can only log in to Silk Road on the weekends, so I was wondering if I would be able to expect same day responses for any issues. Otherwise, I will need to change my schedule.

there is no set time that you will be responded to. for the most part...on the weekends...you can order as you would during the week.
more than likey it'll take at LEAST 24 hours for staff to respond to any questions concerns or problems which you might encounter..
i order on the weekends myself....research the vendors ya wanna use..read their pages.... some say that they only ship certain days and to order on certain days...

If you do have issues with an order, marchant, and it goes to resolution, you will need to log on more often. You will have trouble pleading your case and building credibility in the resolution center if you only are available on weekends.

I am asking about "Vendor Support" or the Silk Road moderator staff, not the individual sellers. Thank you for the responses, but please if anyone knows for certain, please say so.

No. if you have a problem on the weekend....just state your case to SR Support.
More than likely...in the event that you have an unforseen problem.....they will get back to you on the following Monday....or sometime during the upcoming week..
if ya dont feel comfy doin this then ...and this is my personal opinion of what i would do...i would simply change my schedule..if at all p;ossible

Moderators are on as often as we can be. I'm usually here 12-16 hours a day, 7 days a week.
