I am in the market for a well preserved human heart. I'm going to be using it as a pump so it definitely needs to be in good working condition. Can't have been taken by force from the original owner or robbed from a resting corpse. Preferably a female heart but it's not a dealbreaker. I'd like it in a container of liquid preservative, not solid glass. If it has to be solid glass for shipping reasons I'll deal with it. I'm not sure what the price range for a product like this is but I will consider all offers. If the price is right I would consider buying multiple units if you can supply them securely.

Could one of you kindly tell me why this is being treated like a joke? I had two people respond to me privately but I feel like they are the same person and they have not yet responded to me. I am looking for someone who can complete this transaction within escrow. I do not see how this violates the rules or even the spirit of the rules. Could someone also fill me in as to why I'm not going to find one on here. I see people asking for wholesale cocaine and selling cyanide. I figure with all of the not so normal people on here at least one of them will be able to produce a pound of flesh that can be harvested from one of many sources in exchange for money. The shipping I think might be a big hurdle. IF I were to sell you my heart, It would be hard to package and ship once it has been removed. Maybe not impossible, but surely difficult.

I told her today about this person potentially existing and she got very, very excited. She is very shy about her sexuality and literally mortified of talking about it to most people. Ever since she can remember she used to get really nervous going to the doctor because she knew they were going to listen to her heartbeat with a stethoscope (she loves when I do this to her). The idea that not only does someone (other than me) possibly understands her interest but are willing to donate their own heart knowing how it is going to be used pretty much moved her to tears. She imagined what it must be like knowing you are going to die as a result of a "bad" (sexy) heart but knowing that said heart will still be beating for her to listen to after death. We both wondered if we would meet anyone whom we could donate our hearts for exactly the same reason.

You could ask in a morgue for a heart and preserve it in Formaldehyde - a preserved heart I think would be not able to beat even if you apply electricity but you would like to research that and build a special glass-container with electrodes in your heart to make it appear as if it was alive... 8)

It does not necessarily have to be directly pumped by electricity. I was thinking a glass mechanism that would be nearly invisible while submerged. I know a glassblower who was just going to help me make something really nice. To be honest my girlfriend knows way more about anatomy than I do.

Ya, people donate there body to science all the time. They donate them to specific programs, those programs then are the owners of the entire cadaver. Even ones that are at Universities are not owned by that university, they are simply on loan.

So why can't I (or someone who has read this thread) enter a private agreement with another person in which they freely agree to give up their heart once they die? I don't see how that is stealing at all. All I want is a freely given heart, I don't see what the big deal is. Obviously if they knew what their heart was being used for it would be a huge plus but is not a requirement. As silly as it might sound to some people, the origin of the heart is going to have a significant impact upon how appealing it is to her. She would much rather have the heart of someone who would be happy that their heart is going to be used by a cardiophile after their death. Someone who freely donated their heart with no strings attached would be a good and more common alternative. Something about the idea of taking someone's heart without their permission (via bribery, theft, whatever) is just a huge turn off.

Keep looking OP. Personally, I hope you find what you're looking for and I also think you're in the semi-appropriate place for it. I'd probably start my search here too, who knows, maybe someone will come through for you.

Most jurisdictions are quite prickly about any human body parts not being interred/burned along with the rest of the body after death, other than for "officially-sanctioned" uses.
A guy in London donated his skull to a theater recently specifically to be used in productions of Hamlet, somehow.

If there's one thing worse than needing a pickled organ to get off, it must be being known across the world as the "sicko" who needs such a thing. DPR might run the show, but the customers definitely speak their mind around here.
The Armory is a good example.

There is no legal mechanism to sell an organ between two people. You can donate an organ, but it is illegal to be paid for one.

I reject the current legal system set in place by my alleged government and do not recognize it's laws as legitimate. She does not "need" a pickled human heart to get off. Mine works just fine for that, and honestly it's not even necessary (she can get off without listening to a heart just fine). This would simply be like a very, very sexy gift, not too dissimilar from a vibrator.

Authenticity and origin are a significant aspect of the appeal. If it didn't matter where it came from, I could simply rob a fresh corpse. Obviously that is not very sexy. She actually finds defective or injured hearts particularly attractive. The one candidate that might exist is dieing of a heart related illness and is particularly appealing if it is the real deal.

So what have they agreed to give you? This thread keeps getting more awesome.
A headache. They are really fucking annoying and think that me wanting their organs after they die is really creepy. But I have no problem chopping them up and selling their body parts for money. Just not for pleasure.

I've only ever dissected animals but I would also be selling the parts at a pretty highly discounted rate vs what they are actually worth to make up my lack of skill and further adjusted for mistakes. I doubt anything I part out could really be used for anything practical. I might have a friend who could theoretically do it but I don't know he would feel about performing the task himself. He would certainly advise me.

I was really not interested in animal organs, but wow that is cheap, I actually had someone offer me a pig heart they would surgically remove themselves for 7-10k. I've had a few people PM me serious offers for human hearts, but the only one that definitely seems legitimate is way out of my current price range ($25,000+). Someone else offered "stolen" hearts for $2000 each (supposedly many are available to be stolen), but I am highly suspicious of the legitimacy and frankly not all that excited about buying a stolen heart that is supposedly cleared for transplants and could be used to save a life. If I knew it was legit and they were defective/unusable hearts I would have jumped on it on a heartbeat. Any chance you could edit out that link from you're post?

I think a problem with your plan is that if you want it to beat, I'm pretty damn sure it's going to have to be a live heart. If it's preserved, it might still look pretty, but it won't beat again.
