Title: Vendor banned, Item never recieved, Still in escrow, 7 days till resolve is avai

sourdieselman was banned earlier today im assuming but its 7 days till I can hit resolve, even though he has been banned do we still have to wait till the resolve button comes available?

help please.

If he's still gone by the time resolution is available, explain that he was banned, item was never received and you want a full refund. Should solve that.

pretty sure if you contact support they will do it earlier for you.
I spoke to them last week about doing my resolution earlier as vendor wasn't on anymore and they said they can only do that if the vendor is banned.

As the posts above state contact SR support and explain that the vendor has been banned to speed up the resolution.

I actually have but it seems like they have been dragging their feet on this.

UPDATE the vendor hasnt been "banned" he removed his page or whatever due to a bust.

Yeah, he wasn't banned -- he was busted.

Fair enough, same difference though take it to resolution to speed up your refund if you don't want to wait to cancel the order yourself.

Well last I looked it said I had 4 days left. I asked about speeding it up but like I said they are beating around the bush lol

Yes he was busted in the Southern Humboldt Bust a few days ago, Any order that was marked in transit on wednesday did not go out.

I doubt that he himself was busted, given that people who are thrown in jail on major drugs charges rarely have TOR access...

Much more likely that he was supplied by/close to those who were busted and decided to shut down and clean house in case the DEA also has info on him...

UGH, still waiting to get my money back from escrow. BTW since I have like 8800 in escrow, will that price jump up when I get it back to my account due to the bitcoin jump? Stupid question, sorry
