To whom that may concern,
I was at my account page to enable the function of auto withdrawal of BTC for the first time, and after I clicked Update Profile, the webpage showed "Connection time out", so then I refreshed the page again but it did not work. Next, I quit TOR and reentered to SR again. After successfully logged in to my account, I have realized that some BTC of mine have went missing, I then checked my Account History thinking that might because of I have just enabled the auto withdrawal function and the BTC might just been withdrawn, but the BTC is still not in my wallet until now.
Can someone from the SR support team please look at my Account History and let me know what is going on? Another 5 BTC went missing after few hours.
Is that the process of auto withdrawal? If so, why cant I see the transaction under Account History? And why I still havent receive them in my wallet?

฿38.00 -฿2.00 = ฿36.00 and ฿6.64 - ฿1.64 = ฿5.00, but I have only got ฿0.00. :(
Hope to hear from you ASAP as Im really concerned and worried about this issue.

Can you please look at my account and let me know what is going on? Another 5 BTC went missing after few hours.
I don't think anyone here can do that, not even the mods.
You are a vendor, so you can contact Sr vendor support which is faster from what I hear and apparently the only ones that can help.

Thanks for your advice, but I have already contacted the SR Vendor Support this afternoon but haven't got any reply yet from them and my message is not even been read yet. :'(

It takes time to hear back because SR Support is busy.
To be honest, it sounds like you've been phished by a phishing site -- that is the only reason BTC would be disappearing from your account. I'd encourage you to change your password ASAP.
Have you ever logged in using your PIN? If so, you've been phished.

No, never, if someone were to transfer my BTC out, there will definitely be transaction record under Account History, but there is no, the accounting part of my Account History just not right, e.g withdraw 2 BTC from 38 BTC blance, and left only 0 BTC.

You'll need to send a message to SR Support over on the main site -- they're the only ones who can look into it.

hey i am having the same problem i had 19 coins then my account kept saying login failed after i got my password reset my coins had gone missing i know i havent been phised as have never give my pin expect for orders to make contaced sr they blamed phising and have not replied to me since then i asked for my coins to be transfered to the account i was messaging them from but the coins wasnt there just very confused and dont understand whats happened

I'm sorry to hear that you're having these problems, but try contacting SR Support again. They are the only ones who can help in this situation.

your case was pretty similar with mine, SR was down last week, so that might be the reason for our coins went missing, try contacting Vendor Support/forum Mod or DPR, I've got reply by DPR after 2-3 days of contacting him and he solved my problem in 2 days.

I had the same "login failed" error all day yesterday. Inigo reset the password for me, but no one has any idea why this happens. Shrug.
