looking at his SR page it appears he has only been a member for 12 days and has potentially already scammed over 20 people.
This makes me a sad girl :(

I'm sorry to hear this, if you have been scammed by BitcoinBillionaires you need to hit the 'report this vendor' link on his vendor's page asap to make admin aware of the situation, you won't be able to get your money back however you'll get the ball rolling in stopping this vendor from scamming others.

Oh, he's the stupid one?

If you've been scammed by that idiot you deserve it. It was blatantly obvious that there was something shifty about him given how he kept on reposting the same poorly written advertisement/rhread on here. If you don't do your research you only have yourself to blame.

Admin 'scout' is already aware of these ridicoulous claims and i dont know what i find more worrying, davids madness or the fact that it takes one person to shout scam and all the people here believe him. I mean come on the guy is offering a reward of 100 btc to get 20 btc back, seriously. So far david has posted no proof to back up these stupid claims. We have both posted the messages, he asked for my torchat, i gave it to him. He then procceded to ask to exchange ukash in torchat. I refused, he then sent pms on sr asking for his btc? I messaged back saying i dont do transactions outside of sr as it is against regulations. It a sad state of affairs that a newbie shouts scam on his first post and i automaticaly am a scammer because ive only had a venodor account for 12 days and only 20 or so transactions. Ive posted on my page to previous customers to come on here to confirm every single one has been done correctly and through the listings.
Cant wait for this to be sorted out by the admins

scout is not a marketplace administrator scout is a forum moderator and does not have any authority on what happens on the marketplace, the forum and the marketplace are two separate entities. There's two administrators present on the forum DPR and inigo however you'll be best off contacting 'SR Support' to resolve your dispute on the marketplace. 'SR Support' may take a while to respond but they will get back to you.

I'm not sure why she said that - it's true that I can't take action over on SR myself, but I absolutely do report to DPR and inigo daily there and here.  As for figuring this out, unfortunately bitcoin transactions like these do not happen in escrow, and so are not supported by SR.  What that means is, if someone IS scammed, there is no hope of getting payment returned (in part because the buyer is not paying in btc when they're buying btc ... and that the only action that can be taken is if Support investigates the vendor after multiple complaints and decides he/she is a scammer.

Other than that, SR Support doesn't provide support for these transactions.

Sorry I've been misunderstood, of course scout can forward the message onto the administrators, what I implied is scout cannot take direct action inside the marketplace, that's the administrators decision. My apologies to both of you.

No. PrincessHIGH did not seem to think differently. Nothing in her post in question said scout does not report to DPR. What she DID say was...

you'll be best off contacting 'SR Support' to resolve your dispute on the marketplace.

..... which is the correct way to resolve issues of this nature.

Ah thats good then. PrincessHIGH seemed to think differently. Hope its sorted soon cheers

I'm not sure why she said that....

She didn't. Simple, really, when you think about it. ::)

Sorry I've been misunderstood,

Bingo. Which means...

My apologies to both of you.

.... isn't needed at all. Basically,

...of course scout can forward the message onto the administrators, what I implied is scout cannot take direct action inside the marketplace, that's the administrators decision...

.... is pretty much the heart of the matter. Weird how misunderstanding come from nowhere. Nothing to apologise for Princess. ::) Thank you for your advice. :)

Drinks all round now this is all cleared up. ;)

I placed an order with this vendor yesterday afternoon and the comms up until passing on my UKash code were very good. Since this point I have heard nothing, messages ignored, no BTC's and I'm starting to get a little concerned. Hopefully my fears will be allayed today and he's having connection problems.

I will be sure to update here and on other threads, whatever happens.

Tick tock....

I'd have to agree and say do not order with this guy before people start reporting that they received Btc.

Not exactly hopeful myself at this point.

My advice is don't try and acquire Bitcoin with Ukash if you can possibly do it any other way at this time.

Yeah. It does actually. But david99 is a newbie and this isn't a review that can be redacted to PrincessHIGH's redirecting thread so I guess, pull up a chair.

Yep, complete scammer. If you are thinking about going with this guy for coins, simply do not. Shame as its my first time being scammed since being on here.

Sent Ukash numbers two days ago and nothing. As per previous reports, very communicative up until he has your money, Then nothing.

DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS GUY AT ALL

Sorry, I'm not very familiar with the vendors or exchanges for use in the UK, but I'm sure if you did a search you'd find some good recommendations from others in the UK.  Best of luck and be very careful!  Make sure that once you find a possible vendor to use you also forum search their name to make sure there aren't already reports of scams.
