Does SR take money back on a refund?
I put in an order, but the seller cancelled. I sent over 2.51 bitcoins, but was only refunded 2.35 bitcoins...

The vendor was probably using escrow hedging, which does involve a fee.

All escrow hedged orders incur a 4% fee, cancelled or otherwise.

I placed a 2.37 bitcoin order, and got a "100% refund".
Ony got 1.15 BTC back. GRRRRRR. must have been bitcoin increasing in value.

You get the dollar value of your order refunded - the hedge fee so you would not be out of pocket by much mate.

Now since my vendor is vanished, when im able to hit cancel, will my funds (minus the Sr % and of course the bitcoin exchange rate) be refunded instantly? Can the vendor reappear and mess it up??
