Also all these claims but no proof. Added me on torchat, i refused to do ukash transcations outside of silkroad, he went insane.

What you don't seem to understand, david99, is that regardless of what happened, transactions involving the purchase of bitcoins are considered "out of escrow" transactions and will not be refunded or supported by SR.

That said, so far you haven't posted any kind of proof of having actually done any kind of transaction with BitcoinBillionaires.

I placed an order with this vendor yesterday afternoon and the comms up until passing on my UKash code were very good. Since this point I have heard nothing, messages ignored, no BTC's and I'm starting to get a little concerned. Hopefully my fears will be allayed today and he's having connection problems.

I will be sure to update here and on other threads, whatever happens.

Tick tock....

Hi just answered your question on the other thread pimprnel, you only ordered last night but getting some coins in from my account to cover all outstanding orders today. -
TOR is running great for me today so orders will be completed.

Hoyobo i appreciate your understanding you are correct, sr connection has been terrible for me but seem fine now so coins will be with you as well in the next few hours.
Believe me its a nightmare for me aswel.
I may stop this service next week, as if theres any delay i get scam shouted straightaway. May move onto selling an actual product, at least then i have up to 4 days to get it shipped. We will see ;)
** Oh litecoin i see your a newbie, looks like you are just stirring things up to be honest and your messages are just going to cause my customers to panic. This really isnt going to help me is it now?
Saying this if anyone wants to wait until my orders are complete this afternoon before ordering, i understand, give me a brether aswel :) lol

Just want to add to this, I sent this guy around 9BTC for £300 cash in the post on Monday/Tuesday. Today I messaged him saying I want a refund if he hasn't posted the cash. He agreed and I am still waiting. He is reading my messages and not replying....

I have said I will give him till tomorrow morning to send coins or I will be giving bad feedback and posting bad feedback in the forum.

I assuming that the SR mods can view the activity between us and prove what I'm saying?

I've no problem posting the screen shots.

Mods can't, but admin can.  Unfortunately, bitcoin purchases aren't covered by SR Support since they happen outside of the escrow system.  Hope the vendor will come through with your coins.

Thanks Scout, I hope I get the coins, that's all my green money for the month.

It'll be a shitty month if the coins don't turn up.  8)

Fuck, I feel for you bro, hopefully it works out. Should look into MtGox, I recon its the best way to get coins and safest but may take a few days. Unfortunately we dont have many instant services down under that dont charge an arm and a leg in fees!

He was reading my messages but not replying. I sent him messages saying how much longer which were read about 1 hour after he told me the coins were on their way. I then messaged him telling him I will give him until this morning to refund the coins.  He hasn't that message so I will give him the benefit of the doubt.

Shame that people like this get through because I definately will not be using any SR bitcoin vendors to exchange them for cash anymore.

BitcoinBillionaires the fact that you're not trying to defend yourself on all the recent negative threads speaks volumes. The game is up.

How can you possibly explain the reason for users not receiving their coins after them 'being sent' yesterday.

Would be very interesting to hear back. Not holding my breath though.

Can someone with over 50 posts start a thread on the main board? If he doesn't come forward very soon we can at least stop other people being scammed.

This guy is a scammer, here's my story:

I sent him a £150 Ukash voucher on Wednesday night, he had 100% feedback and I felt confident dealing with him.

I contacted BitcoinBillionaires on Thursday after no coins appeared in my wallet, he claimed that he was having problems getting on SR and the coins would be with me today.

After still no coins on Friday I contacted him again and he said everything was running smoothly and I'd have my coins later that day, sound familiar?

Saturday came and still no coins, after seeing that guys had left him 1/5 I (desperately) messaged him saying that if I received just 2 coins (£75 each!!) I would leave 5/5 feedback and remove all my comments from the forum. He replied on Sunday morning and said it was no problem and I'd have my coins today.

I messaged him again on Sunday afternoon after I removed all my forum comments and actually FE'd (only 0.01btc)!! I know that wasn't the best thing to do but as UKash is out of escrow I was willing to try anything and hoped he'd have the decency to give me even half the coins I was owed. The message was read but I got no reply. At this point I decided to message him on another account asking for UKash rates, he replied in 4mins saying £50 a bitcoin, it seems he has no problem relying or getting on SR when he's receiving money.

I messaged him again this morning asking for just 2 bitcoins, read but no reply. I then messaged him on my other account with a UKash question and got a reply within a few mins.

The thing that really got me was he posted on his sellers page that we were all lying and were trouble makers! He scams people and then calls them liars in public!

I have screen shots of all the communication in case he tries to lie again, I'll also be sending him a link to this post but I doubt he'll even bother to defend himself.

AVOID THIS SCAMMER NO MATTER WHAT HE SAYS!!

SCAM! SCAM! SCAM!
So, this guy still has not replied to me although he read all my email..
And the Bullshit he is talking about all the guys complaigning here, are one and the same, is rediculous..
I have involved the SR-Resolution Center, sent them all my email contact with him, and they are taking care of this now..
he was a nice friendly guy, till i sent him 50 Euro Paysafe-,vouchers codes.
From that moment on, he didnt reply to any of my emails!!!!

AVOID HIM!!! This guy is just out for your money, and won't send you anythiing!
I hope to hear from SR-Team back today, and hopefully scammers like him will be banned from SR, as they destroy the great Service SR- offers to us normal users..!!!

if you dont wanna loose your money, avoid him!!!!!

thats what i read as well on his page...
i just wrote him an email from the account of a friend of mine and got a reply within 5 minutes..
i answered him, that its me just using another account , and asked him why he does not reply to my emails or send me the 1 Coin he owes me... guess what...???
No answer on both accounts...
so told SR-Support again to check on this and keep an eye on this guy as he is obviously a scammer who uses SilkRoad Website for stealing money from their customers....
i cannot understand, that he risks his account to be closed down for 1 coin..???

I'm suspicious that he is using buyer accounts to give himself good feedback, it's strange that someone would send him money after some of the recent feedback he's received. Even more strange that they feel the need to tell people I scamming him.

If I'm scamming him why doesn't he just show the block chain or transaction receipt?

hoboyobo   Alright mate,

Sent you a UKash voucher last night, just wondering if you've sent he bitcoins or is it just a delay with the system? I know it's taken 4-6 hours in the past.

Cheers.

I reported this to the staff a few days ago.  Are you all also using the "report this vendor" link on his profile?  You need to do that.
