Title: Serious Account Issue, 18 year freeze

I do not have enough posts to put this in the proper forum of Technical Support.

I have 40+ bitcoin in my account under this same name. This is worth about $1800 at this point in time.

I had set my password last May while paranoid and sleep deprived, and fruitlessly spent the next 9 months trying to remember my password, trying and documenting hundreds of combinations.

I finally got in, 5 days ago! PRAISE THE LORD! But... It says my pin has about 18 years eft until its unlocked... And I don't remember the subconscous but super long password that got me access... So for now I'm staying logged in the the site, refreshing my cookie regularly.

I sent Customer Support a ticket, I believe 3 days ago now, and haven't heard back.

Please, please, please tell me that there's a way for me to recover my money. Can I get a pin reset, without logging out?

It's not worth scamming me, guys, I'm a seller and buyer, well established in the community under different aliases, and you've made lots of money from me in the past. My password is 10+ characters long, including numbers and letters, so it wasn't brute forced or anything like that. I remembered the PW... please help me out... I'm going to kill myself if I can't undo my maxed out credit card using these $1800 in the account I'm logged in to.

Unfortunately, you'll just need to wait to hear back from SR Support.

You spent 9 months trying to remember the pass phrase and didn't contact SR support??

SR support will get back to you, you have waited this long so another day or so shouldn't be the end of the world, just be patient.

Yeah, I never contacted them because frankly, I didn't realize they might be able to help if I didn't have my password. Now that I, well, HAD my password, we'll see.
