I dont know who to contact or what to do. I just asked a vendor to do a bitcoin exhchange for $400 now my account is locked out. Somebody got my password and withdrew the funds. The card is now empty and I cant access my account. This is the first time i have every been scammed on the road. If anyone can help out a member who has been on for over a year, it would be greatly appreciated. Please help me contact someone who can close my account so nobody gets scammed. I'm still in shock and at least want to warn the vendors in the most secure way.

You'll need to get in touch with SR Support over on the main site, as there isn't anything that we can do from our end here.
That said, how could someone have gotten your password? How do you know that the funds were withdrawn? In order for that to happen, they'd need to know your username, password, and PIN ... Have you signed in via a link from the hidden wiki or other known-phishing link?

Thanks for the response. The money is not on the card, so it seems like they may have it in coin at this point. I have been a member for a year and always log in the same way since the road started a single url. How do I contact silk road?

Thank you for your help scout. I hope silk road steps in soon and lets me prove that my account is mine. It sucks probably loosing $400 plus a year of perfect history. I am baffled by how it could have been done. The only thing I can think is I waited two days to update to the newest version of TOR and whatever weakness the old one had helped destroy me.
