It's been a week already. My deposit still not showing up in my account. Tried contact support they referred me to FAQ.
What's happening? any help ?

So I'm assuming your transaction shows on blockchain? If so, you need to send another message to support.

Yea, I saw a transaction on blockchain. I'm not sure how this thing work. This is my first time of deposit. I read the guide in the FAQ and follow them. I sent them the second message, but still they referred me again to the FAQ with a auto-reply...sigh..

Okay ... well, what info did you provide them with? Did you tell them you made a deposit which has not been credited to your account, and then provide them with the blockchain.info link for the transaction?
