i don't know if there is an alternative way i should have handled things. purchased from supertrips. order was placed a month ago. my main question is 1- can you help with refund rate/clearing it due to potential scam? 2- would the refund rate be different if it went to sr support vs vendor deciding on accepting the refund?
information
so i made a purchase; after 14 or 16 days (cant remember) i made a request for extension so item would have enough time to make it. in the meantime i made a purchase from another vendor after i had done my information on supertrips finding out that lots of people had their money tied up with supertrips. i didn't need a reship since i made a purchase elsewhere to supplement the order. i wanted my money back.
thread containing pages and pages of people not getting item/item tied up; the last few pages seem to contain that people are arriving (go back 5/7pages and see a shitload of people waiting/not receiving)seems like the seller is making good with a few people and or does seller's job in waves http://dkn255hz262ypmii.onion/index.php?topic=13832.0

action-
made a request for resolution 24hours ago; as stated i sent a pm to the seller asking to accept resolution; truthfully didn't think i would get a response. log on and refund made.
issue-
since the influx of bit coins my refund rate is huge! the item i purchased was 600 and received 1155
Total transactions: 21
Total spent: $2612.46
Refund rate: 43.49%
Auto-finalize rate: 0%

i know i can explain my situation, but that number is wicked huge! as a seller i would not deal with someone with a high refund rate. i wouldn't spend the time investigating the situation/legitimacy. im asking for help. of my 21 orders 2 never showed. 1 went mia, but vendor took care of it and 1 i have no clue if it was sent or not (disregarding this last transaction)
dhonda made a post about asking an admin to help this situation. im seeing what can be done.

So you purchased something for $600 and received $1155 back instead?
Unfortunately, there isn't anything samesamebutdifferent or I can do from our end on the forums here .... you'll need to get in touch with Support on SR.
