Title: Resolution Center past due - how long before SR admin looks at it?

I've a recently past due proposed resolution in the SR resolution center.  How long can I expect before an SR admin looks at it and makes a decision?  Or should I hit up SR admin and ask them?  I don't want to be an annoying jerk by bugging them but I don't want this to take weeks and weeks.

The only time I went to Resolution Center it was sorted in a couple of days but the vendor put his hands up and said he fucked up. The admins probably have a lot of other 'issues' to deal with at the moment so I expect you may have to wait a bit longer with all the moaning going on.

The staff is pretty busy over on SR right now, but they WILL address your case in the resolution center as soon as they are able.
