Title: Withdrawal problem

Made a withdrawal yesterday, it was deducted from the account but it has still not showed up in my wallet (outside SR).
Made a withdrawal 2 hours later for another amount and that has already shown up, the first one hasn't.
Anybody else having similar issues?

SR please look into this.

Yeah I have a withdraw I've been waiting on almost 2 days and another made early today. I contacted support and have heard nothing. This has put me in such a bind that I may shut down business until those come through.

If you made one deposit and never received it, it would have been better not to complicate the issue further by making another one when you knew it wasn't working.

Nonetheless, these things WILL get taken care of, so hang tight!
